EXEMPTION PROCESS​

To submit an Exemption request, please use the following form:

A request for exemption must contain all the information in writing so that the FMSQ Board of Directors can analyze the situation and provide a decision in writing to the member in good standing who made the request. An exemption request must be submitted in advance and not on the day of an event. On the other hand, if an exemption is necessary quickly, a temporary decision could be taken by the race director. This decision must subsequently be revised by the Board and the member who requests it must still submit his request through the form. The Board of Directors can then confirm or reverse the temporary decision taken by the race director.
